Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Jackery apparel, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all items in their original condition. Please ensure tags are attached and garments are unworn to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, including all original tags and the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of arrival.
